PUBLIC EXPOSE (“PUBLIC EXPOSE”) PT PYRIDAM FARMA TBK

The Board of Directors of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk., (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) domiciled in South Jakarta, hereby invites the shareholders to attend the Electronic Public Expose (“Public Expose”) of the Company which will be held on:

Media             : Zoom Video Webinar Application

Agenda          : Presentation of the Company’s Performance for the 2022 Fiscal Year

 

The procedure for registering participants of the Public Expose is as follows:

 

1. All participants shall register via https://pubex.pyfa.co.id/ no later than Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10.00 a.m. Jakarta time.
2. Public Expose will use the Zoom application with the link https://bit.ly/PYFA-PUBEX-2022.
3. Details of the Meeting ID and Passcode will be provided via the email address registered through the registration form in point 1 above.
4. The Code of Conduct of the Public Expose including the procedure for submitting questions will be sent via email and will be read back before the Public Expose begins.

The Public Expose will be attended by the Board of Directors of the Company and other representatives of the Company. The material for the Public Expose will be delivered by Friday, July 15, 2022.
