Continuing to Expansion & Innovation, Pyridam Farma Officially Acquires PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy

Yenfrino Gunadi (Director of Pyridam Farma), Bedjo Stefanus (SVP of Pyridam Farma), Lee Yan Gwan (President Director of Pyridam Farma), dr Widjanarko Brotosaputro (Director of Pyridam Farma), Indrawati Taurus (Ex President Director of Ethica Pharmaceutical Industry), Susanti Haryanto (Ed Director of Pharmaceutical Industry Ethica), and Leiman Sutanto (Plant Director of Pharmaceutical Industry Ethica).

Jakarta, August 2, 2022 – PT Pyridam Farma Tbk with the issuer code PYFA has officially completed the acquisition of 100% shares (directly or indirectly) in PT Ethica Industri Pharmaceutical which was originally owned by Fresenius Kabi AG and Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH. The transaction for the acquisition of shares of PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy has been completed with a nominal value of Rp 163.45 billion.

Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), Lee Yan Gwan stated “The acquisition of PT Ethica Industri Pharmacy is a tangible proof of the innovation that we continue to do by adding new product segments in the injection sector in the product range owned by Pyridam Farma.
