On July 20, 2020, there was a transfer of the Company’s shares from PT. Pyridam Internasional to Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd amounting to 254,736,579 shares or around 47.61% of the Company’s total shares. The change of ownership has made Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd. as a controller of the Company. The takeover of the Company was announced in Harian Neraca on July 21, 2020 by Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd.

Then the company moved its head office to:

In addition, in 2020 the Company started its investment in PYFA Health Singapore Pte Ltd, in amount of 990 shares or around 99.00 % of shares in such company, whereby its business activities are engaged in research and experimental development on biotechnology, life and medical science.

In 2020, the Company obtained an ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate for Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals, Natural Medicines, Household product, and Health Suplement, and also Sales and Marketing of Medical Devices issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd with a validity period until September 9, 2023.

The Company has also obtained Current Good Manufacturing Practices (Traditional Medicine) (CPOTB) for effervescent powder and tablet which is valid until 14 August 2022.
