The Company was founded by Ir. Sarkri Kosasih under the name PT Pyridam on November 27th, 1976 according to the Notarial Deed No. 31 dated November 27th, 1976 drawn up before Tan Thong Kie, Notary in Jakarta.

At the early stage, the main activities of PT Pyridam were producing and marketing veterinary products. The marketing was done through sales agents in several major cities in Indonesia.
