PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. Enters into A Cooperation Agreement with LG International Corp.

Referring to Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Information Disclosure of Material Facts by Issuer of Public Company, we, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (“Company”) hereby inform that the Company intends to cooperate with LG International Corp. (“LGI”), a Korean company engaged in trade and investment, to carry out marketing and sales of LGI and/or its affiliates’ health products (“Product”) in Indonesia (“Cooperation”).

In connection with the Cooperation, the Company and LGI has signed a Cooperation Agreement on 28 April 2021 (“Cooperation Agreement”) Both parties agree to work on number of healthcare related business opportunities involving pharmaceutical product, health vitamin and supplements, healthcare equipment and consumable products, as well as other health related opportunities.

The reason is to expand the Company’s business activities.

As per the date of this disclosure information, the Company and LGI has no Affiliate relationship as stipulated under Law No. 8 of 1995 regarding Capital Market.

There is no material impact of the incident, information or material facts on the operational, legal, financial condition, and business continuity of the Company.

The similar information is also submitted by Company through Indonesia Stock Exchange’s Website and reported to Financial Services Authority (OJK).
