The Board of Directors of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk., (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) domiciled in South Jakarta, hereby invites the shareholders to attend the Electronic Public Expose (“Public Expose”) of the Company which will be held on:

Agenda : Presentation of the Company’s Performance for the 2023 Fiscal Year

The procedures for registering participants in the Public Expose are as follows:
1. All participants shall register via the https://pubex.pyfa.co.id/ no later than Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. Jakarta time
2. The Public Expose will use the Zoom application with the link https://bit.ly/PYFA-PUBEX2023.
3. Meeting ID and Passcode details will be provided via the email address registered via the registration form as mentioned in point 1 above.
4. The Code of Conduct of the Public Expose including the procedures for submitting questions will be sent via email and will be read back before the Public Expose begins.
5. For further information, please contact the Company via email corsec@pyfa.co.id.The Public Expose will be attended by the Board of Directors of the Company and other representatives of the Company. The material for the Public Expose will be delivered by Monday, June 19, 2023.
