The Opening of Representation Office in South Korea
Referring to Financial Service Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Information Disclosure of Material Facts by Issuer of Public Company and the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia No. 00015/BEI/01-2021 on the Amendment of Regulation No. I-E concerning Obligations to Submit Information, we, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (“Company”) hereby inform that on 22 February 2021, to support its business activities, the Company has opened a representative office in South Korea based on its Certificate of Business Registration No. 2109-885-5994-106, dated 24 February 2021, issued by the Head of Seocho District Tax Office with the following details:

- Date of business registration: February 22, 2021
- Address: 1252, 369, Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
The opening of the Company’s representative office in South Korea was approved by the Company’s Board of Commissioners on 26 November 2020.
There is no material impact of the opening of the representative office of the Company in South Korea above to the Company’s operational activities, legal and financial condition, or business continuity of the Company.
The similar information is also submitted by Company through Indonesia Stock Exchange’s Website and reported to Financial Services Authority (OJK).
