Information Disclosure on Subsidiary Establishment
Referring to Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 on Information Disclosure of Material Facts by Issuer of Public Company, we, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (“Company”) hereby inform that the Company has established a subsidiary in Victoria, Australia based on a Certificate of Registration of a Company on 1st November 2023, issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission with details as follows:
– Name of Subsidiary: Pyfa Australia Pty. Ltd.
– Share ownership: 100% (one hundred percent) by the Company with amount of shares of AUD 2.00 (two Australian dollars)
The reason for the establishment of the subsidiary entity is to support the business activity of Company’s group.
The establishment of the Company’s subsidiary entity in Australia does not have any material impact on the Company’s operational activities, legal, financial condition or business sustainability.
Similar information is also submitted by the Company through Indonesia Stock Exchange’s Website and reported to the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
